Elizabeth "Liz" Lewis, the Lead Consultant &  Founder of  BBI Consulting, LLC, is a highly experienced consultant with a distinguished career focused on helping businesses streamline their operations and enhance organizational efficiency. Elizabeth holds an MA in Human Services Business Counseling and brings a unique expertise honed through her extensive work in the Developmental Disabilities (DD) sector. As a former DD provider business owner, support coordinator, and quality reviewer, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing and optimizing organizational processes.


Elizabeth’s consulting practice is centered on delivering tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each client. Her services include implementing robust organizational systems, developing and optimizing management frameworks to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring that file documentation adheres to all relevant industry standards. Elizabeth also conducts thorough audits to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement, helping businesses maintain compliance and drive efficiency.
